The Site provides news, an outbreak tracker, and an informational AI assistant ("Ask Nadia") about the African continent and the global Black diaspora. Global Black Lives Matter is a project of Black Lives Matter Georgia Inc.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or breach security, no scraping or automated abuse, no harassment, and no use that infringes others' rights. We may suspend access for any misuse.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site's name, logo, design, and original content are the property of Black Lives Matter Georgia Inc. News items summarize third-party reporting and link to the original sources, which remain the property of their respective publishers. You may share links to the Site, but you may not copy or republish our original content without permission.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site links to external sources (such as WHO, Africa CDC, and news publishers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

Donations made through the Site are received and managed by Black Lives Matter Georgia Inc. via our third-party donation processor. To direct a gift to a specific cause, note it on the donation form.
